CONROE, TX -- Lake Conroe is currently at 201.05 feet (conservation pool is 201 feet). Current outflow from Lake Conroe is 1587 cubic feet per second (cfs). Lake Conroe will pass through storm water and runoff received in the Upper San Jacinto River Basin until Lake Conroe returns to conservation pool. Weather Forecast

According to the National Weather Service, additional rainfall is expected Thursday afternoon into Friday. Rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches will be common north of HWY 105 with isolated totals of 6 inches prompting a flash flood threat. We are in coordination with the City of Houston, Coastal Water Authority, and Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

Lake Houston

According to the City of Houston, Lake Houston is currently at 42.80 feet (conservation pool is 42.4 feet). Gates on the spillway dam are open and discharging water over the spillway. Gates on Lake Houston will remain open until Lake Houston returns to normal pool. Total inflows into Lake Houston are at 6,627 cfs and outflows are at 8,960 cfs. Lake Houston gates have and will remain open until the gate that is stuck partially open is repaired.
