Corporate Admin Assistant
DME company is searching for a detail-oriented self-starting individual to manage administrative tasks such as filing, sorting mail, scanning documents electronically, and to provide assistance with our digital document collection processes.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of experience working on a computer and within multiple programs simultaneously. Having a solid understanding of Excel/MS/Outlook is a must. If you do not feel confident using Excel to perform complicated tasks, do not apply.
This is a full-time position in office with working hours set to 7:30-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
Daily Responsibilities:
Sorting and categorizing physical mail pieces and following written escalation process for urgent documents
Labeling, sorting, and categorizing digital documents for ease of use.
Exporting and logging digital documentation.
Working with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practice across the company.
Ensuring documentation integrity.
Utilizing storage software and applications for electronic filing.
Proofreading documents upon request.
Retrieving and logging documentation to and from EMR systems.
Communicating with medical facilities and company representatives digitally.

Required Skills and Experience:
Extremely organized and self-motivated
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literate – Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience mandatory
Must be able to type 50+wpm.
Must have the ability to move between programs within a multi display setup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be comfortable doing repetitive tasks daily.
Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology.
Strong multitasking ability.
Attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills.
HIPAA Compliance is mandatory.
Effective communication regarding time-sensitive problems.
$16-$18 per hour
