Since graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Marketing in 1984, Diane has amassed 23+ years of sales and marketing experience. Prior to real estate, Diane was involved in commercial construction and interior design as a sales and marketing representative for fifteen years. What she found was that she thrived on working with people and being involved in the real     estate industry on both commercial and residential level. With Diane’s creative approach, positive personality, and marketing background, real estate proved to be the perfect avenue for her to apply her unique talents and an ideal chance to make a positive difference in the community. Since joining Keller Williams in The Woodlands, Texas in 1999, Diane has experienced great success and grown her real estate business as a strong connection to the community and to her family’s needs. Diane is married and has two high-school aged children, Parker and Makenzie. She enjoys spending time with her family, sports, traveling, boating, and relaxing at their lake home on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. They live in the Village of Indian Springs in The Woodlands, Texas, have been local residents since 1994, and are excited to be a part of this thriving community.

COO / Marketing Director / Realtor® : Bruce Kink
Bruce joined his wife on The Kink Team in October 2004, taking over the Marketing responsibilities and Operations of The Kink Team. Prior to joining The Kink Team at Keller Williams Realty, Bruce enjoyed 10 years in aviation management. He was the Sr. Director of Inflight for ExpressJet Airlines, Inc, the regional airline affiliate of Continental Airlines, a position he held since August     2001. His responsibilities included the operational management of 1200 flight attendants for ExpressJet’s network covering the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Prior to his promotion, Bruce was the Sr. Director of Marketing for Continental Express Airline, a position he held since October 1998. His responsibilities included the oversight of advertising and promotional sponsorships, corporate and community affairs activities, public relations, and all employee activities. Bruce joined Continental Express as Director of Corporate Communications in 1994 to develop a communication infrastructure which would support the rapid changes that Continental Express was undertaking during their restructuring phase. Preceding his career at Continental Express, Bruce spent nine years in Outside Sales and Marketing in various positions of management and sales.

Bruce earned a History & Business degree from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1984.  
  
Buyers Specialist / Realtor®: Leslie Hitt
As a Realtor® Associate for the The Kink Team, Leslie calls upon her former experience as a closing coordinator and her 14 years as a legal assistant to the General Counsel of a major firm. She began her career in real estate in 2002, and our clients appreciate her intense attention to detail and warm personality. She specializes in understanding the surrounding Woodlands community and can find the perfect location to suit your needs as a 'New-Homes Specialist.’ Leslie and her husband Lynn have an 18-year old daughter and were originally from Oklahoma. They transferred to The Woodlands from Denver, Colorado in 1999.

Buyers Specialist / Realtor®: Eric Depoy
Eric is the third Realtor® Associate for The Kink Team. He has been a resident of The Woodlands for 15 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Prior to joining The Kink Team, Eric spent 8 years as a golf professional, working at upscale resorts such as The Currituck Club in Outerbanks, North Carolina, Ocean Pines Country Club in Maryland, The Woodlands Country Club, and the TPC at The Woodlands. Eric’s greatest accomplishments and fulfillment come from understanding his clients’ needs and helping them find that perfect home for their family. Buyers Specialist / Realtor®: Dave Noel
Dave became a Realtor® Associate for The Kink Team in April, 2007. Before embarking in the real estate industry, Dave owned a construction business, Timerline Design, as well as a flooring store, Apex Flooring of The Woodlands. He and his wife, Lynn, a hairstylist, reside in The Woodlands.  Dave prides himself on his exceptional client care, extensive knowledge of the area, and dedication to making every real estate transaction as pleasant and efficient as possible.    

Buyers Specialist / Commercial Director / Broker®: Paula Hamilton
A longtime resident of The Woodlands, Paula joined The Kink Team as a Broker Associate and brought with her an in-depth knowledge of Montgomery County. Paula's past real estate experience includes her role as Executive Director of The Franke Team, where she was a top-producing agent. She is also a Real Estate columnist for The Conroe Courier. Specializing in commercial, farm and ranch properties, Paula is using her experience as KW Commercial Director to work with Diane and Bruce in developing Hamilton-Kink Commercial. Prior to her involvement in real estate, Paula put her Biology degree from the University of North Texas to good use while teaching in the Conroe, Montgomery and Magnolia school districts.

Listing Specialist / Realtor®: Teresa Kennedy
As a Listing Specialist for The Kink Team, Teresa aides Diane and Bruce in providing top-notch service to sellers and ensuring the listing process is enjoyable. Growing up in The Woodlands and Conroe areas has established in Teresa a deep love for the State of Texas, and her familiarity with the area is invaluable to her career in real estate. After practicing as an independent agent, Teresa furthered her career by acting as office manager for The Cappell Team. Before entering into real estate, Teresa worked in the entertainment industry, where she honed the impeccable power of negotiation on which she prides herself.
   
Office Administrator / Real Estate Transaction Coordinator: Charlotte Ward

Charlotte’s role is to handle all of the transaction coordination and paperwork necessary to complete a real estate transaction. Dealing with the lender, appraiser, surveyor, inspectors, title companies, and the seller’s and buyer’s agents helps ensure that the file is handled with precision and detail. Charlotte is eager, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have regarding the closing of your home. Charlotte and her husband Joe, who were Buyer clients of Diane’s, have moved back to Texas after being gone for eight years. Prior to Texas, Charlotte worked as the Administrator to a Financial Investments and Life insurance company.

Real Estate Listing / Marketing Coordinator: Jennifer Almblad
As Listing Manager for The Kink Team, Jennifer brings strong analytical and implementation skills to oversee a very fast-paced environment, dealing with Kink Team clients and getting their houses ready for market. Jennifer has an extensive background in catering management and customer services, which included hotel functions, weddings and convention activities. She spent more than 10 years honing her skills in the telecommunications field as a network planning analyst, working data analysis, analyzing appropriate financial models to identify network-utilization trends and developing cost-savings data-base initiatives for products, services, and technology on the network. Her attention to detail keeps our clients’ needs focused for a successful sale and transaction.

Jenna has lived in The Woodlands for over 20 years and is familiar with the area as only a lifetime resident can be. She graduated from The Woodlands High School in 2002, and then continued her studies at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006. She got her introduction to real estate working as a Listing Manager for a Keller Williams real estate team in Austin before moving back to The Woodlands. Video Podcasting
Video Podcasting is a new method of delivering content via the Internet.
