Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the CEOs' needs are met so the business can pay everyone's salary.
Designs and delivers back office procedures and set the standard to the next trainee.
Designs and delivers access training and advanced learning to the organization
Support the build out the company's CRM.
Coordinates meetings with clients and the CEO.
Propose new ways to make your and the CEOs life easier.
Lear about medical startups to increase understanding of reimbursement, payer landscape, and access.
Have a “sales” mentality.
Provides actionable feedback to make the CEO and your life more effective.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Expertise with all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and oral communication, facilitation and platform skills
This position is based in The Woodlands and requires the ability to travel.
This position is office based with 5 days expectations in office per week when not traveling.
Preferred:
Recruitment or Medical device industry experience
Back office experience
Willing to learn ALOT
