Job Description

Assist a Team of Agents in Day to Day Activities Including Prepare Listing Documents for Signatures, Coordinate Transactions (Buying & Selling Documents) and Upload to BackAgent & Box. Data entry into MLS with all accurate details for the property, Coordinate & Handle Lease Transactions, Coordinate Marketing Activities Including Property Photos, Repairs Needed, Cleaning, Etc. Must Be a Team Player with a Willingness to Keep Learning.

Skills Required

Proficient with BackAgent, Box, MLS, Excel & Power Point. Customer Service Focused, Excellent Grammar Skills and Public Speaking Skills, High-Level Writing & Editing Skills, Quick Learner with the Ability to Think Ahead, Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment with the Ability to Multi-Task.
