The Woodlands’ Luis Tamborrel Named 2009 GHBA Realtor of The Year

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Luis Tamborrel with Tamborrel Bulox Properties in The Woodlands was named the Greater Houston Builders Association’s (GHBA) 2009 Realtor® of the Year at the Houston’s Best Awards on September 12, 2009 at the House of Blues in Houston.

Tamborrel, who was nominated by TWDC, closed on 22 new homes in The Woodlands during 2008 with an average sales price of $450,000. He was also named Realtor of the Year, by TWDC, at its Annual Realtor/Builder Awards Luncheon and Presentation on April 22, 2009.

Tamborrel and his wife, Gabriella, have been residents of The Woodlands for over 25 years. Both of his daughters, Ahiri Merlo and Giovanna Bulox, live in The Woodlands with their families.
