Presentation on Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- An educational presentation about Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus will be hosted by St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital on Thursday, Dec. 17, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. in conference room #4.

Characterized by a triad of symptoms including gait disturbance, urinary incontinence and early stage dementia, the condition is especially challenging as in many ways it mimics they symptoms of spinal disorders as well as Parkinsons and Alzheimers diseases.

Discussions about the diagnosis and management of Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus will be provided by speakers Peter M. Shedden, M.D., Neurological Surgeon, Jason M. Balette, M.D., General Surgeon, and Michael R. Knox, Ph.D., Neuropsychology. Seating is limited. Please RSVP to 936 266-4050.
