MCUW's Breakfast with Champions a success

THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Montgomery County United Way’s 3rd Annual “Breakfast with Champions” raised almost $16,000 for the organization’s annual fundraising campaign. Channel 13’s Tim Melton emceed for the 3rd year in a row.

Participants had the opportunity to visit with former professional athletes from the Houston area. Table sponsors included: The Strong Firm, PBK, Lone Star College – Montgomery, CB&I, Huntsman, Anadarko, HTS Consultants and The Woodlands Development Company. Special thanks to Carlton Woods of The Woodlands and The Woodlands Development Company for hosting the event at Carlton Woods.

Thanks also to the “Breakfast with Champions” volunteer committee: Bret Strong, Dr. Don Stockton, Rui Martin, Terri Kennedy, Barbara Holland, Tim Melton and Barry Carpenter.
