The Veggie Village Donation Garden is a special project of Interfaith of The Woodlands providing fresh produce for Interfaith of The Woodlands food pantry. The garden also promotes community spirit and activity as individuals work together to raise funds, tend the garden, seek volunteers, harvest and transport the produce, etc.; promote good nutrition and sharing the joys of nature and garden with children as they are educated through experience in the garden; and act as fun place that will welcome individuals of all ages, taking care in the building of the raised beds that the elderly and those with mobility limitations may participate in the gardening.
