Construction underway for College Park Medical Plaza and Panera Bread

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Following a recent groundbreaking, construction has begun on the College Park Medical Plaza, located at 3117 College Park Drive, adjacent to the St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital.

According to Bryan D'Agostino, partner and chief operating officer of the development company D’Agostino Companies, the 30,000-square-foot, two-story Class A medical office building is projected for occupancy by the first quarter of 2012 and will offer its medical office tenants excellent access to retail, residential areas, and other medical facilities of The Woodlands area.

College Park Medical Plaza was designed by Browne McGregor Architects is being constructed by Metzger Construction.

Complementing the project is the simultaneous development of College Park Panera Bread at 3313 College Park Drive, adjacent to the College Park Medical Plaza. This new Panera Bread store will consist of 4,000 square feet with outdoor patio dining area and drive-thru service. It is expected to open in December 2011.
