New hotel to go next to future Exxon Mobil campus, The Woodlands

Spring, Texas -- A new hotel is going to spring up next to the future Exxon Mobil campus near The Woodlands.

BANDIER Realty Partners LLC represented Nupen and Jignesh Patel; developers for a four-story, 85-room hotel consisting of 2,500 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, a bar and restaurant. The Best Western Premier Hotel will be on the southwest corner of Interstate 45 North and Pruitt Road, between The Woodlands, the new Exxon Mobil campus and the Springwoods Village housing development.

The newly purchased tract consisting of 1.75 acres is part of a 4.74 Acre tract. The developer will construct the hotel on the middle portion of the site - leaving north and south pads for possible future development

Trey Halberdier and Rob Banzhaf, co-managing principals with BANDIER Realty, represented both sides of the transaction.
