Authorities believe foul play involved in Murray disappearance

THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– Authorities are still searching for T.J. Murray, who disappeared off Sawdust Road last October, and now have confirmed that foul play is suspected.

Murray, 23, met a friend on Oct. 18, 2011 at Papa’s Ice House before leaving to go to another bar and then ended up at On The Rox in the 300 block of Sawdust Road. While there, Murray was involved in an altercation with multiple patrons, according to Crime Stoppers. Staff from the sports bar asked Murray to leave the bar and escorted him off the property.

Murray was last seen on video surveillance outside of the bar at about 12:30 a.m. that night.

Residents with information about the identity of the suspect or suspects responsible for Murray’s disappearance can contact Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477).
