MCYS needs community to show support, vote for chance to share in $5 million of grant money

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Montgomery County Youth Services (MCYS) is thrilled to announce its eligibility as a local charity to share in $5 million of grant money and receive up to $250,000 through Chase Community Giving. Grant distribution level will be decided upon by eligible resident voters, and Montgomery County Youth Services is asking the local community and friends to get involved and show their support by casting their votes for MCYS September 6 - 19.

September 6 – 19, residents can place their votes by visiting www.ChaseGiving.com and www.Facebook.com/ChaseCommunityGiving. Both Chase customers with an online Chase account and Facebook users are eligible to vote and are allotted a minimum of four (4) votes and a maximum of five (5) votes during the voting period. Montgomery County Youth Services (MCYS) is a private, not-for-profit counseling agency committed to providing quality social service programs to children and families in crisis throughout Montgomery County.

The mission of Montgomery County Youth Services is to provide crisis counseling, shelter programs and prevention services to strengthen families, keep youth in school and prepare them to be productive citizens.
