LearningRX receives Customer Service Award for fourth consecutive year

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands LearningRx was presented with the 2012 Customer Service Award at the 2012 LearningRx annual convention hosted recently in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

This year’s award marks the fourth consecutive year that The Woodlands LearningRx has been recognized for outstanding customer service by the corporate office.

Tanya Mitchell, vice president of research and development for LearningRx, said the company’s team in The Woodlands is improving the way clients of all ages learn, by providing top-notch one-on-one brain-training.

“In addition to producing incredible results, they’re also providing excellent customer service,” she said.

LearningRx uses a center’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) – which indicates the likelihood an individual would recommend the business to a friend – to determine a franchise’s eligibility for the Customer Service Award.

Kim Bellini, owner and director of The Woodlands center, said she is honored to win the award again this year.

“Keeping our clients satisfied is extremely important to us,” she said. “This award lets us know we are on the right track.”
