THE WOODLANDS, TX – When one thinks of The Woodlands, “elegant living, indoors and out” most likely spring to mind. One businessman in particular takes that to heart as he brings back an updated and improved version of a popular home show.

After a hiatus, a new iteration of the popular expo is back with a full house of fun

The Woodlands Home & Outdoor Living Show is coming to The Woodlands resort on N Millbend this weekend, this time hosted by Bobby Castro, owner of Quality Home Shows. Saturday and Sunday, February 19 and 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. both days, dozens of exhibitors and sponsors will impress, inform, and regale an expected attendee count of several hundreds if not over a thousand.

This version of the show is technically the inaugural appearance; previously, for many years, the show was a popular annual event. COVID-related lockdowns shut it down a couple of years ago and the previous organizer opted to stop presenting it. Castro took the opportunity to branch off and organize a revitalized version to bring to The Woodlands and other local areas.

The event is designed to draw in audiences of all types and ages. Being held both outdoors and indoors at the Resort – in keeping with the name of the show – attendees can find select exhibition booths and food trucks outside, and multiple exhibitor presentations, a bistro open for brunch and lunch, wine and beer tastings, and several other events waiting for them inside.

“We’ve received such positive feedback on attendance,” said Castro. “We anticipate both days being at or near capacity, based on our ticket sales to date. We invite you to come be inspired by stunning displays, speak with industry experts, and be inspired for your next DIY project, and to meet our favorite experts to improve your outdoor living space. We present a diversified range of vendors from different fields who know how to deliver optimized results.”

General admission tickets are only $8, with plenty of free parking. First responders and teachers attend free on Sunday with ID.

“Our main focus is bringing together the local businesses that have been working hard to provide quality products and services to the community,” said Castro.
