The Woodlands Township’s 311 service request portal now has a mobile app

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Last December, The Woodlands Township transitioned to a new 311 Service Request provider. The 311 website portal has been available since then to give residents access to the portal via a web browser by visiting www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/311.

Recently, Township officials announced that a mobile phone app version of the service request provider is available for download. ‘The Woodlands 311’ app is available at both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Both new and currently registered residents can use the new system.

The system is directly linked to The Township’s work order system, expediting request processing. 311 can be used to report concerns such as the need for debris removal, graffiti around Township property and parks, standing water/mosquito issues, and more. The app is also packed with valuable information, offering a comprehensive range of resident resources including, but not limited to, insights on the home improvement process, transit information, important phone numbers, and details on trash and recycling services.
