I have a furnished room for rent in my lovely 4/2 1/2 bath house in the Village of Panther Creek neighborhood in The Woodlands. The room has hardwood floors in it and is the largest bedroom in the house. The room is furnished with queen size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with lots of room still available. The room has a lock on it should you choose to use it and the bathroom is shared.
The house has a spacious backyard with a TV to enjoy and located on a quiet culdesac. Parking is available in the driveway. The Woodlands Mall, CWMP, and many other stores are within five minutes away.
Looking for a roommate that is drug free, non smoker, light drinker ok, who is employed and cleans up after themselves. The home does have dogs that live here, you must like dogs or not have allergies to them. Must be able to pass a background check.
My top priority is safety and peace in the home. The ideal roommate is clean, respectful of others, and drama free. The other roommates are very easily to get along and we can often be heard joking and cutting up with each other. Positive vibes and living our best life.
The living room, kitchen, and laundry are sharable. It is very important that you clean up after yourself when you are done in a room that is sharable.
Rent is $ 850 month utilities included. Rent is month to month lease, but for the safety of everyone 6 months or longer only.
