Brand new Louisville aluminum pull down attic ladder, the ladder is 25inches by 54 inches I bought this ladder from Amazon tree weeks ago, installed it and found I could not lift it back up with. My bad back and being 88 years old didn’t help either, I paid $399.00 plus tax but I couldn’t return it to Amazon ecause I destroyed the box that it came in,so I bought another aluminum ladder that was much lighter,I have all of the hardware and instructions to install it so if you have any problems I can show you exactly how to install it
