Scouts of all ages will learn about local wildlife and complete requirements to earn a fun patch.
PATCH REQUIREMENTS: grades K-3 complete 5 activities, grades 4-5 complete 7, grades 6+ complete 9. REQUIREMENTS: visit wildlife rescue group, talk to an adult about their career in rehabilitation, distinguish between domestic and wildlife animals, list 15 wildlife animals, identify a wildlife animal track, observe a wildlife animal's adaptations, how to coexist with wildlife, extinct and endangered animals, what to do if injured or orphaned wildlife is found, donate an item needed for wildlife rehabilitation, make a bird feeder.
