On December 8, 2024, Presentation of the Lord Catholic Church will host its 5th annual Advent Market, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Over 40 local vendors are expected to sell their handmade and homegrown wares. Previous years have boasted art, pottery, and hand-turned wooden bowls and toys; books by local authors; t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel and accessories; micro greens and homemade local jellies and preserves; soaps and candles; homemade sourdough bread and other baked goods; locally roasted coffee; cut-on-the-spot custom cutting boards; and other items by several local small-business owners.

The Advent Market is seeking not only shoppers, but vendors as well. Each vendor can reserve a 10x10 space, with or without electricity access, for a $50 donation to the church. The application process involves filling out an online form. Local business owners and artisans are given preference. Registration closes on December 2.
