Arrival Instructions: Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the class to facilitate check-in, don aprons, and settle into your seat. Prompt commencement of the class is essential, as the instructor is obligated to begin on schedule.
BYOB POLICY: Our studio operates on a BYOB basis, so feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages. Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol on the premises.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: If you're attending with a group but making individual reservations, provide us with your group's name or designate a point person in the "Special Request" section. We'll ensure you're seated together!
REFUND/CANCELLATION DETAILS:
PWAT reserves the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will receive a refund.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the class will result in a store credit only.
"No show" attendees will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
