The origins of Irish Coffee trace back to Foynes, Ireland, where a chef added whiskey to coffee to warm chilly passengers waiting on a boat. The classic recipe combines Irish whiskey, coffee, sugar, and cream, but our team is putting a creative spin on the traditional favorite.
