Extreme Performing Arts Center (EPAC) in Magnolia, TX is both a competitive and non-competitive dance studio that offers a variety of classes for dancers of all abilities. With classes in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Acro, Pom, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Combo Classes, EPAC provides opportunities for students to develop an appreciation for the art of dance and movement. EPAC focuses on growth and offers dancers the chance to compete and perform in the Christmas Show and End of the Year Recital in May.
Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Studio Manager at Extreme Performing Arts Center. The Studio Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, team leadership, sales, and project management. The Studio Manager will oversee the operations of the studio and ensure smooth functioning of classes and events.

Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Experience in sales and achieving targets
Strong project management skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of dance and performing arts is a plus
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Dance, Arts Management, or related field is a plus
