Apply for Project Manager / Superintendent

We are looking to hire a project manager/superintendent to run roof replacement and repair projects. Applicants must be hard working and self motivated with the ability to work long hours and endure the outside elements. The project manager/superintendent will run the projects from the estimating phase through completion. We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and be involved in all aspects of each project. Applicants must have a laptop computer and be ability to use Gmail, Word and Excel. Depending on ability and skill level, we have project leads ready to go, so door knocking will not be necessary to get jobs going quickly.
-Ideal applicants will have 5+ years of roofing project management experience.
- Applicants must have experience with shingle roofs, metal roofs, modified bitumen, TPO, PVC and roof coatings.
-Experience with wood framing, exterior siding, seamless gutters, and interior sheetrock repairs/paint are preferred.
-Applicant must have their own truck/van.
-Applicant must have the ability to routinely lift materials/equipment over 50 pounds
-Applicant must be capable of safely accessing roof surfaces.
-Drug and alcohol free.
