Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Logistics Operations Specialist located in The Woodlands, TX. The Logistics Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing transportation operations, coordinating with suppliers, dispatching and tracking shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing exceptional customer service.



Qualifications

1. Communicate with customers or sales about the order, and follow up on the entire process of the order; (including arranging space booking, transportation, cargo tracking, issuing invoices to customers, tracking payment status, etc.)

2. Prepare shipping documents and other related documents, and be responsible for entering receivable and payable expenses;

3. Responsible for providing overseas agency business documents and delivery documents;

4. Actively maintain communication with customers, solve their problems on time and provide correct and satisfactory replies;

5. Have the awareness and ability to deal with problems, follow up on progress, communicate and solve problems, and maximize customer satisfaction.

6. Handle customer complaints and disputes and other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in import and export trade, logistics, foreign trade business management, sales & marketing, chemistry etc.;

2. Proficient in computer operation.

3. with a strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of service and team spirit, strong executive ability, communication ability, and adaptability.

4 with or without experiences, fresh graduates majored in above are accpeted.
