Spa at the Waterway is seeking a Spa Coordinator to manage daily front desk operations and provide a welcoming experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service skills and outstanding sales skills. The Spa coordinator will register new clients, process guest payments, ensure that the Spa is clean and well organized at all times, manage guest appointments and answer the phones. They will also coordinate with Spa therapists and stylist to ensure a smooth and effective service.


At least 2 years' experience in customer service or hospitality role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a faced-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
