We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tenant Relations Manager to oversee the day-to-day interactions with tenants and ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout their leasing term. The Tenant Relations Manager will be the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in property management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Communication:

-Act as the primary liaison between tenants and the property management team.
-Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
-Facilitate smooth communication between tenants and maintenance staff, contractors, and property owners.

Tenant Satisfaction:

-Proactively address tenant needs and concerns to foster a positive working environment.
-Conduct tenant surveys and gather feedback to improve the overall tenant experience.
-Organize and manage tenant events, meetings, and community-building activities as needed.

Networking:
- Attend area events to promote our properties
- Interacting with other businesses to create opportunities for our business and others in our community
-Represent our company with a clean cut appearance and outstanding professionalism
