We are looking for an energetic, full-time Listing Coordinator, who is a self-starter, goal-driven, results-oriented, and looking to grow with an established industry leader in residential real estate in The Woodlands area!

This individual will coordinate all aspects of listing setup from inception of lead to escrow. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

-White glove service in coordinating staging appointments, contractor estimates, etc., during pre-list phase.
-Point of contact as concierge for obtaining listing paperwork, “brag sheets” from homeowners, seller questions, etc.
-Manage showing feedback and online presence, including Open Houses, social media campaigns, etc.

*Please note this is a full-time/in-office position that may require some nights/weekends.


- Minimum experience of 2 years in real estate.
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
- Thrives on providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
