We are seeking a skilled and experienced video production creator to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas working in a video podcast studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operating and maintaining of studio equipment, shooting and editing high-quality video content, and collaborating daily with the podcast hosts and production team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Shoot and edit high-quality video content for podcast episodes
• Upload to various social media platforms
• Ensure all video content meets technical specifications and quality standards
• Stay up to date with the latest video production techniques and technologies

Podcasts cover the latest topics daily including politics, history, news, business, and books. We are looking for a candidate that has an interest and engages in the current political climate. You will be in contact with the producers of the podcasts daily.

In addition to the podcast, the ideal candidate will also work with us to take our social media marketing to the next level. When allowed by the time constraints of the podcast, you may join the outside production team on location or in studio to create behind the scenes videos of the production. Your ideas are encouraged here, you will be asked to help drive new ideas and create productions for the studio’s social media campaigns.

This is a full-time position with some weekends and evenings required. Other production opportunities aside from the podcasts may also become available.

• Proven experience as a video shooter/editor in a studio setting
• Strong knowledge of video production techniques and equipment
• Proficient in video editing with Adobe Premiere on Apple platform
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
