SET Schedule, Friday & Saturday.

Coordinate in taking, recording, and cancelling reservations, wake up calls, courtesy call backs, and checking in and out guests with service and satisfaction as our number one priority.
Verify daily printout listing guest arrivals, departures, guest folios and all other necessary functions
Have knowledge of hotel services, features, amenities, local attractions, and restaurants.
Perform all aspects of front desk operations; record all information reporting unusual occurrences or requests to manager immediately/
Answer the phone within 3 rings and follow script in a courteous and professional manner.
Report to work on time in uniform including name tag. Personal appearance and grooming must adhere to our standards.
Maintain a clean environment for hotel guests.
Interact with guests for guest stay feedback and maintaining high hotel guest service scores.
Responsible for primarily all guest needs. Ensuring the highest level of services possible in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner by following standards of aggressive hospitality and adhering to the guidelines and procedures.
