Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Director of Corporate Strategy to oversee and manage key administrative functions across all restaurant locations. This role reports directly to the Owner and requires a strategic thinker who is efficient and has a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Weekly Prime Cost Reporting
• Monthly Recipe Cost Reports
• Monthly Sales Reports
• Manage TABC & Sales / Use Tax Reporting.
• Inventory Tracking & Management (Corporate Level)
• Benefits Review & Planning
• Bi-Weekly Payroll Processing
• Marketing, Social Media & Email Marketing Campaigns
• Ongoing Strategic Planning with Owner
Qualifications:
• BA Degree (helpful, not required)
• Proven experience in Restaurant Management or Financial Analysis
Work Schedule: Full-time position
Compensation: Negotiable based on experience
Benefits: Health Benefits available after 90 days
