Gray Matter Marketing is looking for a part-time marketing coordinator who can work with President Wendy Gray and her network of industry associates to help us and our clients develop memorable brands and create engaging connections. Minimum of five hours a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the team with the development of new and exciting marketing campaigns and all their corresponding materials
• Help to create better communication channels to both internal and external customers
• Assist with keeping Gray Matter Marketing top of mind though regular Company web page updates, social media posts, and anything else you can think of
• Be a team player. Work well with others in the company, including graphic designers, writers, etc.
• Travel to meetings, conferences and training, as needed
• Complete special one-off projects
• Perform other assorted duties, as assigned


- 18 years or older, eligible to work in the USA
- Possess a quality laptop and be able to work from home
- Familiar with Marketing, Communications or similar area
- More than a little familiar with Adobe products, Microsoft Office and website design
- Consider yourself a social media guru
- Multitasker, self motivated
