Implement a Constructivist and Socratic methodology to their teaching program.

Desire to learn about each child; listen, observe, interact, and learn from the child; and help children find ways to better communicate within their environment

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak effectively with parents, children and staff in a professional manner.

Have ability to plan, direct, or coordinate the academic and nonacademic activities of school classroom or programs.
Good classroom management skills.

Requirements

Possess a minimum Diploma or relevant Degree in teaching/childhood/pedagogy disciplines/academic disciplines.
Possess a minimum 5 years teaching experience.
Real life work experience outside of the classroom an advantage.
Additional languages an advantage.
Knowledge of the IB and Reggio an advantage.
