Compensation: Uncapped Commission with Bonus Opportunities


About the Role
We are currently seeking licensed insurance agent / producers to join our team. Located in the heart of The Woodlands, Texas, we currently have positions available for: Property and Casualty; Life; Commercial; & Medicare. With options to specialize in one area or a hybrid role encompassing multiple or even all aspects. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the insurance industry and are driven to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.


Responsibilities
As a Licensed Insurance Agent / Producer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Building and maintaining a client base through networking and relationship-building activities
2. Assessing clients' insurance needs and providing appropriate coverage options
3. Educating clients on various insurance products and services
4. Collaborating with underwriters and other professionals to ensure client satisfaction
5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer service

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have:

1. A current and valid insurance license in the state of Texas
2. Proven experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of insurance products
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
5. Adaptability to work in a remote, in-office, or hybrid environment
