Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient time management.
• Maintain and update calendars for meetings, presentations, and events.
• Organize and manage marketing materials for presentations and outreach.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with vendor stakeholders across various projects to align objectives and timelines.
• Follow up with leads and clients to confirm meetings and gather feedback.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospects, introducing company services and setting appointments.
• Assist with in-person presentations, representing the company professionally.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), scheduling tools, and other software (Gmail, Canva)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
