Responsibilities of a Valet Supervisor include:
-Decision-making, hiring, training, coaching and delegation
-Attend Manager Meetings
-Follow checklists to ensure all employees are adhering to outlined duties.
-Perform lot checks and key checks
-Greet customers and assist with parking their vehicles in a safe and organized manner
-Maintain a clean and orderly parking lot
-Direct traffic and ensure smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the parking area
-Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing customer concerns
-Keep track of parking spaces and ensure efficient use of available space

-Previous experience as a parking attendant, delivery driver, or in a similar customer service role is preferred as well as previous leadership experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Must be at least 25 years of age
-Must have a clean driving record

$10.00 to $15.00 Per Hour + Tips
