Job Description

- Greet / check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Verify patients insurance
- Schedule / confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling systems
- Collect/update patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Answer phone
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
