Responsibilities:
Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of loans
Advise borrowers on financial status and payment options
Develop and maintain a network of referral sources
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Requirements:
Active NMLS license in Texas
Experience as a Loan Officer is preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Commission $72,000 - $144,000
