Job Description

The Patient Coordinator is the first impression for all patients calling or coming into the office. Some of the basic job responsibilities include answering multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments, collecting payment, explaining treatment plans, insurance Inquiry, escorting patients to treatment rooms, cleaning and maintaining order in treatment rooms, ordering supplies and supplements. The most important responsibility is making sure the patient has a wonderful experience at our office from start to finish.

Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Positive attitude, energetic, team player, ability to multi-task between office duties and patient care, self-starter, comfortable with computers, discreet and professional, excellent follow-through, quick learner, and most importantly, a friendly disposition with the ability to handle a wide variety of people. A desire to learn about, or a passion for natural health would be a benefit for this position.

Compensation:

17.50 an hour
