Contracted Aesthetic Medical Assistant

Medical Spa | 20-30 Hours Per Week | Starting at $20+/hr (DOE)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our team under the direct on-site delegation of our Medical Director. This contracted position offers 20-30 hours per week, with compensation starting at $20+/hr, increasing based on experience and additional certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties (Under Medical Director Supervision):
• Perform phlebotomy and administer intramuscular vitamin injections as delegated by the physician.
• Assist in aesthetic procedures in a medical spa setting.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care.
Administrative Duties:
• Scribe for the MD during consultations and procedures.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups.
• Conduct patient callbacks, addressing questions and concerns.
• Check in and check out patients, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Complete end-of-day reporting to support smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:
✔ Phlebotomy Certification (Required)
✔ Certification in Administering Intramuscular Vitamin Injections (Required)
✔ Experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetic setting
✔ Strong administrative and organizational skills
✔ Excellent patient communication and customer service

Preferred Qualifications (Higher Pay for Additional Certifications):
⭐ Laser Certification
⭐ Certifications or experience in microneedling, PRP therapy, chemical peels, IV therapy, or other aesthetic treatments

Compensation & Growth:
• Starting at $20+/hr, with higher compensation for additional skills and certifications.
