*Oversee the daily operations and administration of the skating rink facility
*Manage and schedule staff
*Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all skaters
*Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
*Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the skating rink, including equipment repair, and facility cleanliness
*Schedule birthday parties in a timely manner
*Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
*Prepare and monitor budgets, track financial performance, and make purchasing decisions
*Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations
*Collaborate with the ownership group on strategic planning and goal setting
*Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
*Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
*Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and data analysis
*Knowledge of skating rink operations, equipment, and maintenance
*Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
