Admin Assistant
Our real estate team is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly. The Administrative Assistant will help support our day to day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy, client-focused environment. ++If person has previous real estate experience!!! Job duties include:
> Manage emails
> Maintain and organize office files
> Prepare and process real estate documents
> Assist with marketing efforts including social media updates, mailouts, and transaction management
> Coordinate with vendors, title companies, lenders, and clients
~ Previous administrative experience (real estate experience a plus but not required)
~ Strong organizational and time-management skills
~ Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
~ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
~ Comfortable learning new systems, programs, apps, and tools
