The Woodlands High School Girls Lacrosse is seeking an energetic head coach with lacrosse experience. The ideal candidate loves lacrosse, is reliable and has excellent communication skills. The head coach will help create a collaborative team environment and a fun, positive culture, while maintaining the team’s competitive record.

Job duties include practice planning and management, developing game strategies, evaluating players and providing guidance to grow their skills and character. The head coach will be responsible for communicating with players, assistants and program leadership and working with them to manage team schedule and organization. They will also represent our team with the Texas High School Girls Lacrosse League.
