THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Woodlands LearningRx is offering a special deal just in time for Father’s Day.

Sign up for a cognitive skills assessment for your child – and get a free test for dad at The Woodlands LearningRx

For any child who is registered for a cognitive skills assessment, which costs $199, between now and June 21, dad can come in and get the test for free.

Owner and director Kim Bellini said that adults can sign up for the center’s customized one-on-one training programs – just the right fit for those who want to improve performance in the workplace.

The Woodlands LearningRx also offers a “Brain Booster” training program for business professionals. The mental workout is designed to maintain cognitive skills that determine how information is processed.

“Strong cognitive skills are essential for adults who are trying to reach their potential in the workplace,” Bellini said. “Mental exercise helps them perform better and stand out at the office.”

An hour of intensive workout with a personal brain trainer has been shown to make a difference, she said.

“You can sharpen your cognitive skills at your own pace,” Bellini said. “And a stronger brain could translate to a higher income, better job retention, career advancement and a higher quality of life.”

She added that fathers should be concerned with mental strength as well as physical health. “There is room for improvement at any age,” she said. “Why not give dad the gift of a stronger brain?”

Located at 10857 Kuykendahl Road, Ste. 240 in The Woodlands, the center offers one-on-one brain-training programs for clients of all ages, including programs that enhance students’ ability to learn, read and succeed in a broad range of academic and work-related challenges, as well as programs for senior citizens who want to stay sharp and improve their quality of life.
