SPRING, TX -- SVN | J. Beard Real Estate has recently completed the sale of approximately 2.78 acres in Spring near the intersection of Riley Fuzzel Rd. and Grand Parkway 99.

Senior Advisor Diana Gaines of SVN | J. Beard Real Estate represented the seller, LGI Homes. The buyer, Hive Academy, was represented by Neal Agrawal with Crest Real Estate Advisors.

Future development plans for this parcel include a private preschool and childcare facility specializing in care for children ages six weeks to 12 years.
