THE WOODLANDS, TX – Camp For All recently brought its award-winning Camp For All 2U program to one of the hospitals in The Woodlands to give children and families an opportunity to experience some summer fun.

This award-winning outreach program provides amazing camp experiences, indoors and in town, for pediatric patients who cannot leave the hospital. Canoeing, archery, s’mores, barnyard animals, and more have come to multiple hospitals in Houston and surrounding areas, including The Woodlands, where the impact on the campers and volunteers alike is huge..

Camp For All is dedicated to providing barrier-free camp experiences for children and adults with challenging illnesses, disabilities, or special needs. The traditional camp has a site in Burton, Texas, that is specially designed to cater to the needs of those with disabilities or illnesses.

One local annual event – Over the Edge – raises funds for Camp For All, where people rappel down the side of Woodloch Tower to raise funds. Partnering with more than 65 other nonprofit organizations, Camp For All delivers a barrier-free camp experience for nearly 9,000 campers each year.
