Montgomery County Constable's Office Executes Search Warrant in Animal Cruelty Investigation

CONROE, TX -- On Tuesday, August 6, 2024, deputies and animal cruelty investigators from the Montgomery County Pct. 2 Constable's Office executed a search warrant at a property located on Chasewood Court in Montgomery County. The warrant was obtained based on information received regarding possible animal cruelty.

During the search, investigators collected evidence consistent with animal remains. These remains will be sent for forensic examination to assist in the ongoing investigation.

At this time, no criminal charges have been filed. The investigation remains active and ongoing, and further enforcement action will be determined pending the conclusion of the investigation.
