Office Pride Cleaning Franchise Opens The Woodlands-Conroe Location

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Lucas and Candice Hofstra are the owners of the newly opened Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services of The Woodlands-Conroe, an independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchise that serves businesses in the Conroe, Texas, metro area.

Before opening the local Office Pride, Lucas Hofstra spent 13 years in the U.S. Air Force, worked as a logistics operations professional and a general manager for Tesla. Candice Hofstra worked as a marketing manager and operations coordinator.

“With our background, we felt like this would be a perfect fit for us,” Lucas Hofstra said. “Our years of experience in people leadership, operations management, sales and marketing seemed to prepare us for this role.”

The Woodlands-Conroe location provides a full range of janitorial services for all industries, with a primary focus on banks, churches, medical facilities, office buildings and schools in the local and surrounding areas.

Services include touchless sanitizing, sweeping and vacuuming, wet and dry mopping, secure trash removal, restroom sanitization, disinfection, dusting, blinds cleaning, restroom replenishment, glass cleaning and the cleaning of walls, ceilings and baseboards.
