Habitual Child Predator Convicted and Sentenced to Prison

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- In March 2023, the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office made the arrest of Gabriel Anthony Gonzalez for Sexual Assault of a Child. The public's assistance was also sought to identify additional victims who had been contacted online by Gonzalez. Throughout the comprehensive investigation, detectives uncovered multiple victims linked to Gonzalez.

On August 9, 2024, Gonzalez plead guilty to two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and received a sentence of two consecutive twenty-year terms in T.D.C.J.

This case underscores the unwavering dedication of our detectives and the exceptional collaboration between the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office. Thanks to their relentless teamwork and determination, this child predator will be off our streets for many years to come.
