Fall recreation schedules for Riva Row Boat House and Texas TreeVentures

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Riva Row Boat House and Texas TreeVentures both begin their fall season hours starting September 2, 2024.

Riva Row Boat House
Riva Row Boat House will move to its regular fall season schedule starting Monday, September 2, 2024. The Riva Row Boat House, located at 2101 Riva Row in The Woodlands, TX 77380, will be open from 9 a.m. to sunset Thursday through Monday, and closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Swans at the Mall will only be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The updated hours also include more programs, such as the Starlight Swans and Moonlight Paddle evenings, as well as the Tandem Trick or Treat Halloween event in October. Dates and times for those programs will also be listed on the website.

Texas TreeVentures
Texas TreeVentures, a challenge-by-choice aerial adventure course located at 6464 Creekside Forest Drive in The Woodlands, Texas, on the campus of The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, is transitioning from summer hours of operation into the fall availability schedule.

With schools back in session, Texas TreeVentures will no longer be open on Thursdays or Friday mornings. However, timeslots will remain available for reservations from Friday afternoons through Sundays.

Special holiday dates of operation include Labor Day, September 2, 2024, Columbus Day, October 14, 2024, as well as Veterans Day, November 11, 2024. Texas TreeVentures will also be open the entire week of Thanksgiving, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day. Private course buyouts are available on days that Texas TreeVentures is normally closed to the public.

Timeslots have limited availability and often fill up fast, especially on holiday weekends. Reservations are recommended a week in advance and can be rescheduled up until 48 hours prior to scheduled time.
